Since its foundation, the Cluster of Excellence has sought to attract young academics in the field of religion and politics, and to prepare them as well as possible for an academic or non-academic career. The Cluster of Excellence therefore offers opportunities for students, doctoral students and postdocs who intend to work in the research field of religion and politics. Doctoral students and postdocs who are members of the Cluster of Excellence are given extensive support and guidance on their path towards the next stage in their career.
